Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Due to strict hygiene and health regulations regarding intimate products, any items that have been opened, handled, or used cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.

Return Process

To initiate a return, you must contact our support team first at vireonsexpillow@gmail.com with your order number and proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without prior authorization from our team.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges & Damaged Items

We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. If you receive a faulty item, please send clear photos and videos of the defect to vireonsexpillow@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery so we can arrange a replacement package.
