Processing Times

All orders are subject to a processing period of 1-3 business days before shipment. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major regional holidays.

Shipping Windows & Locations

We proudly offer international shipping to major global destinations. Our standard delivery timeline takes approximately 7 to 15 business days after the package has left our fulfillment facilities. Please note that checkout total estimates display travel duration and do not include the standard internal warehouse processing timeline.

Tracking Your Package

Once your order is successfully dispatched, an automated shipping confirmation email containing your personal carrier tracking number will be sent out. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking status updates to properly propagate on international logistics databases.

Customs, Import Delays & Fees

Vireon is not responsible for international customs delays, unexpected transport backlogs, or individual country import handling holdups. Any import duties, clearance tariffs, or local taxes levied upon arrival are the sole administrative and financial responsibility of the receiving buyer.
